- Domain and Hosting Included: We offer Free domain purchase and hosting to our clients. (if you already have a website, then we would like to transfer it to our dedicated server, this way you can save yearly costs and we can work on site’s maintenance, its security and improve rankings in the search engines without any hindrance.
- Regarding Domain name purchase: Client can shortlist the new domain and share the URL. the only point here is that the domain should not be a premium domain.
- Site’s Maintenance: It’s our responsibility to keep the website up and running. Our website support team will work on the website if there would be an issue while you are onboard with us. This makes your life comfortable and you can focus fully on your business. However, we will share the WordPress details with you so that you can make the content and images additions as and when required.

(blended with content) - We will not boost the posts in this plan, however, if the client is willing
to do some posting, he/she can do it at his/her end or can ask us to
do it with client’s credit card attached with the Facebook business
account. - he client will have to give us access to his/her Facebook page if

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Payment will be made in advance and will be on auto-debit.
- If you would like to buy any stand-alone service from the list of 8 services, you can do it by paying $99 per month.
- Access details for Website Domain and Hosting will be with Digimagnet Inc.which will be shared with the client whenever asked.
- The client can cancel anytime without paying the cancellation fee by giving 1-month prior notice.
- Also, the client can buy the website anytime by paying a one time amount of $1299 only + Hosting and Domain charge ie. $220 for a year. Post which the client will be the owner of the website and will get Cpanel and Domain logins.
- After cancellation, if a client needs our help to transfer the hosting and domain to a 3rd party we will do it at a nominal fee of $150.
- The client can buy completely optimised other assets like GLL account, FB Account, Google ads account, FB Ad account, the client can buy it $150 each. Also all recurring products like google local listing, email marketing tool and lead management tool $99 per month for each product. Or if a client wants to buy a complete package with all assets at a special price of $499.
- Post-cancellation, the client can keep the domain and hosting renewal with us or can shift the hosting and domain to other providers. Domain and Hosting renewal cost for a year is $220 per year.
- Digimagnet Inc takes max of 3 clients in a particular location.
- Keyword selection will be done after research of the service area and competitive analysis. Kws can be finalised using client’s input. KW selection will be done keeping in mind that one should get targeted traffic. Maybe in some situations, Digimagnet Inc could select long-tail kws which can come on top faster in comparison to short kws (whose top positions are blocked by market leaders). There could be different strategies for clients in different locations. Your inputs for keyword selection are always welcomed.
- Call Tracking and Lead tracking will be done using the systems of Digimagnet Inc. Whose complete access will be shared with the client.
